We have a strong sense of responsibility for preserving the environment. Additionally, we make sure that sound levels are kept considerably below the hazardous range and that noise pollution is kept under control. We are conscious of the dangers posed by global warming. In light of this, we consider that every modest step counts. We also make sure that the workplace is safe for our staff to work in. The layout of the factory is planned to provide a sanitary working environment.
The factories have been given due consideration for proper ventilation, adequate drainage, and appropriate sanitary systems. In order to safeguard the non-smokers, we have a no smoking policy in the public sections of our facilities and designated smoking spaces for smokers.
We are committed to defending children's rights and do not permit child labour in any of our facilities for any task. We take steps to protect women in the workforce from any type of gender-related wrongdoing. Every person is provided equal opportunities and benefits based on his or her capabilities, and we do not engage in any form of social discrimination.
We make sure that all local government regulations (pertaining to pay, the design of the factory, etc.) are adhered to strictly. We also take precautions against emergencies. For instance, to avoid any fire-related accidents, all preventive facilities, such as water hydrants, fire alarms, fire escapes, fire detectors, fire extinguishers, water buckets, and sand buckets, are present. Additionally, some staff members have received firefighter training to handle any emergencies that may occur.
